Lead by European online social community expert Barry Hoffman

No community starts making money at day 0. Ensure that your business case represents not only general market research, but an experienced understanding of today’s market. Link your business case to your development project via a phased approach.

We will talk through the roadmap and what pitfalls to avoid during each phase. Includes personal mentoring and assessment.

Barry Hoffman is leading the expansion of GamePoint International into Europe. Since 2006 he is also part of the European Ingress network where he is responsible for online gaming and currently coaches two global sports associations on their community strategy and business models. Next to this he advises both gaming and fortune 500 companies on social media, community building and consumer revenue driven business models. Prior to Ingress Barry spent 2 years as online marketing manager for The Chronicles of Spellborn, responsible for community buildup and PR.

Previously in the role of customer insight manager at Orange his team was awarded “Best CRM Award in the Netherlands” of 2004. He began his career as Customer Intelligence consultant at IBM during which years he was brought into contact with social network analysis and customer insight.
