We prefer online payment through our secure payment servers however we also offer the option of a booking form for delegate places where online is not possible. There is an administration fee of £100 + vat for this.

IBAN/ money order and cheque (from UK Bank only) is accepted. Please contact us directly to arrange this.

Complex Booking Requirements?

Please contact us directly if you have a large number of events to book or complex arrangements to secure booking delegates' places. We will work with you to ensure your delegates are guaranteed their place at the event.

Concessions - The delegate fees are very reasonable so concessions of 10% are only available to partners who offer a discount to their members. Please contact us directly to discuss this.

General Notes, Terms & Conditions

1. All prices quoted are Exclusive of UK VAT at 15%

2. Under UK Customs and Excise regulations delegates from all countries are required to pay VAT on any conference taking place in the UK.

3. Discounts quoted refer to the full fees as detailed here.

4. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme without notice.

5. Only one type of discount available per booking.

Cancellation policy & Terms & Conditions

Cancellations received in writing before 14 September 2009 will be subject to a service charge of £150 + VAT.

No cancellations are accepted after 14 September 2009.

Substitutions are welcome at any time prior to 20 September 2009. All communication about cancellations should be in writing directly to Apply Group Ltd at 11 Widley Court Drive, PO6 2QP.

All online bookings provide a VAT receipt online for download. Please take advantage of this as we cannot send receipts manually. We do not issue invoices for these events.

All places must be paid for in full 2 weeks prior to the event and are non-refundable. However if you want to nominate a colleague in your place then please let us know at least 15 days in advance. We cannot accept substitutions without at least 15 day's notice in writing.

We reserve the right to change speakers and session line-up at any time. If an event is postphoned or cancelled by us for whatever reason we will provide a credit note against attending any of our other events - or for the new date of the re-scheduled event. All delegates or potential delegates agree to provide their own insurance for expenses associated with cancellation or resheduling of this and any of our events, for whatever reason we have to reshedule or cancel an event. We reserve the right to choose to accept or decline delegate bookings for whatever reason.
